Family Fun at Crossroads Corn Maze

By Nicki Medford November 6, 2025

Fall in North Carolina brings so many opportunities for family fun. From pumpkin patches and hayrides to corn mazes, there are so many festive things to enjoy that make the season special.

One of our favorite discoveries this year was Crossroads Corn Maze in Wendell. Although they’ve wrapped up for the 2025 season, it’s definitely one to add to your bucket list for next year.

We visited during one of their final weekends, and it turned out to be such a special time. It’s the kind of place that truly offers something for all ages. Seriously, even my teens had a great time!

With all-in admission, each ticket included a free small pumpkin and access to all the attractions on the property: a tractor-pulled hayride for a scenic loop around the farm, a hay bale maze, lawn games like giant Jenga and badminton, and of course, the corn maze.

Food and concessions were available for purchase, and we found them to be reasonably priced. Hot chocolate and apple cider were just $2 a cup, perfect for warming up beside the cozy fire pits. They even sell s’mores kits, so you can toast marshmallows and make a treat right on-site.

The property is spacious and thoughtfully decorated, offering endless photo opportunities. From pumpkins scattered across the grounds to the glow of fire pits and twinkle lights at dusk, it’s pure fall magic.

On weekends, Crossroads keeps the fun going after dark with a night maze for an extra dose of adventure. Just be sure to BYOF (bring your own flashlight). Inside the corn maze, there’s a scavenger hunt to make things more exciting. Guests can search for hidden objects throughout the maze and earn a small treat at the end. The maze turned out to be more challenging than we expected, but we had so much fun (and lots of laughs) with every dead end and wrong turn before finally reaching the finish line.

Whether you’re making memories with little ones, need a fun date night idea, or needing a fun way to connect with your teens, Crossroads is a place where everyone can have a good time.

We’ll definitely be back next season!
